Who we are
Payee Global is a Payinfy company. The registered entity is Payinfy Inc., a Delaware corporation, 501 Silverside Rd, Ste 105 #897, Wilmington, DE 19809, United States. You can reach us at support@payeeglobal.com.
What we collect
Through the request form: your company, your name, your work email, your country, the markets you need, your expected monthly volume band, your use case and anything you choose to add. We also record the time of the request and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop the form being abused.
This site does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The site remembers your preferred code language on the developer pages in your own browser; that never reaches us.
Why we use it
To assess your request and to contact you about it. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our interest in answering the business that asks us.
Where it goes
Your request is emailed to the Payee Global team and kept in a file on our web server, outside the public part of the site. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else for their own use.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to assess your request and follow up. If nothing comes of it, we delete it when we next review old requests, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@payeeglobal.com. We will not ask you for more information than we need to find your request.
The merchant console
Signing in to the merchant console happens on app2.payeeglobal.com, not on this site. This site never asks for your Merchant ID or password.
